At Freelance Tax Sheets ("we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Because our core product is a standalone Google Sheets template that you copy into your own personal Google Drive, we have absolutely zero access to your financial data, income, expenses, or client information. The template operates entirely within your own secure Google ecosystem. We do not use Plaid or any bank connection APIs.

3. Data We Do Collect

When you purchase a template from us, we collect the following limited information required for the transaction:

Identity Data: First name and last name.
Contact Data: Email address (used strictly for delivering the product and sending critical template updates).
Financial Data: We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We only retain a record of the transaction amount and date for our own tax purposes.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, and platform via standard analytics (Google Analytics).
